Arnold Schwarzenegger, used visualization for athletic success and also credits it for his success as a movie star: “When I was very young I visualized myself being and having what it was I wanted. Mentally I never had any doubts about it. The mind is really so incredible. Before I won my first Mr. Universe title, I walked around the tournament like I owned it.”

Scientology addresses the spirit—not the body or mind—and believes that Man is far more than a product of his environment, or his genes.

John Travolta started to practice Scientology in 1975 after reading the book “Dianetics” whilst on the set of “The Devil’s Rain”.  His wife Kelly Preston also practices scientology and said it helped her deal with her son, Jett’s death.

We all know that Tom Cruise is a prominent member of the Church and was introduced by his then wife,  Mimi, Rogers in 1990.

“Dharma & Greg” star Jenna Elfman was introduced to the religion by her husband. She was formally a Catholic.

Actress and singer Juliette Lewis, was born into Scientology.

Actor Danny Masterson was also born into Scientology. He once said: “I’d be a flaming crackhead if I didn’t study Scientology.”

Kirstie Alley  credited the religion for helping her end her cocaine addiction through a Scientology-affiliated drug rehabilitation program.

James Packer was introduced to Scientology through his friend Tom Cruise, however distanced himself from the Church a number of years ago.

Before Jim Carrey was rich and famous he carried a cheque in his wallet that he wrote to himself for 10 million dollars for “acting services rendered”.  Jim postdated the cheque for 1995 and visualized what he would buy with it. By 1995 Jim was wealthy enough to cash the cheque but never did.

Will Smith has always talked about his positive attitude and his connection to the Universe. “Our thoughts, our feelings, our ideas, are physical in the Universe. If we dream something, if we picture something, if we commit ourselves to it … then that is a physical thrust to realization that we can put into the Universe.” – Will Smith

It’s no secret that Oprah is a fan of the “Law of Attraction” however she prefers not to use the term. She encourages people to visualize their dreams. In a 2007 interview, Oprah told talk show host Larry King, “You really can change your own reality based on the way that you think.”

And to finish this post I have some great advice from financial guru Suze Orman. Suze started out with no money, and felt unworthy so she changed her thinking. Her affirmation is, “I have more money than I will ever need”. She has told people to repeat that mantra (or one of their own) over and over again until they believe it to be true.  Suze also teaches that to attract money you have to respect money and one tip is to keep your wallets clean and place bills neatly inside and in order.

Adam Levine the Maroon 5 front man has a few choice words to say about Honey Boo Boo about her upbringing.

This writer has watched all the Honey Boo Boo episodes and the cringe factor was certainly happening for me when I started watching. As I viewed the episodes I found one common denominator with this family, they actually love each other very much, warts and all, and they don’t care less what anyone thinks about them. I’m sort of a fan now, only because I’m fascinated that a family like this actually exists!

However, our star of this post, Adam Levine, is not a fan at all “Seriously, Honey Boo Boo is the decay of Western civilization. Just because so many people watch the show doesn’t mean it’s good. So many people witness atrocities and can’t take their eyes away from them, but that doesn’t mean they’re good. That show is literally The. Worst. Thing. That’s. Ever. Happened.” Levine revealed in the December issue of GQ Magazine.

Levine on Boo Boo’s parents: “It’s complete f**cking ignorance and the most despicable way to treat your kids. F**k those people. They’re just the worst. Sorry, I’m so sensitive to that – like, I don’t know, man, it’s upsetting.”

I doubt that Alana’s parents will actually care what the gorgeous Levine has to say about their parenting skills, I’d love to have your opinion though.
